Alicia Evers
Alicia joined The Diener School community in the fall of 2019, bringing with her a strong foundation in human development and family studies. She attended Penn State University, where she cultivated her passion for supporting children and families. Before joining Diener, Alicia lived in Erie, PA, where she spent four years working and ten years volunteering at the Highmark Caring Place—a grief center dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and their families navigate the challenges of loss. She also gained valuable experience at the Barber National Institute, serving in various roles including special education para-educator in classroom settings and administrative assistant in the Adult Day Program. In addition to her extensive experience, Alicia is a Certified Medication Technician and is trained in First Aid and CPR, further enhancing her ability to support students’ well-being and safety. Alicia’s diverse background, professional training, and compassionate nature make her a valued and trusted member of the Diener team.
