Tatiana Francisco

Tatiana began her Diener journey in 2017, completing a semester internship, and in 2018 transitioned into a full-time Teaching Partner. She spent five years in this role before becoming a Lead Teacher for two years. Building on that experience, she now serves as a Behavior and Social Skills Support Specialist, where she combines her passion for student growth with her expertise in behavioral strategies. Tatiana earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Science from the University of Maryland in 2017 and her Master’s Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2022. She is currently working toward obtaining her BCBA certification. She has extensive training in Social Thinking, Multi-Sensory Math, IMSE Orton-Gillingham, Applied Behavior Analysis, and CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. Tatiana is committed to helping students build the academic, social, and emotional skills they need to thrive.
