    Full Job Description
    Our mission is to empower neurodivergent students in kindergarten through eighth grade through a holistic program that nurtures each child’s self-esteem and builds a strong foundation for lifelong growth and achievement.

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Academic Instructor to join our Middle School team on a part-time basis for the 2026-2027 School Year.

    This role is ideal for an educator with a strong academic foundation and experience working with students with diverse learning profiles.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in core academic subjects (e.g., reading, math)
    • Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs and abilities
    • Collaborate with special education staff to support and align with Learning Profile.
    • Use evidence-based strategies to support academic and behavioral development
    • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
    • Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education (Required)
    • Experience in a special education setting (Strongly preferred)
    • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    • Commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning

    Compensation:
    Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications

    We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Special Education Teaching Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year.

    This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs in a structured and nurturing environment.

    Student Population Includes:
    • Executive Functioning Challenges
    • Learning Disabilities is Reading, Writing and/or Math
    • ADHD
    • Sensory Processing Disorders
    • Social Skills Delays
    • Anxiety
    • Autism Spectrum Disorder

    Responsibilities:
    • Support the Lead Teacher with classroom setup, organization, and management
    • Deliver multi-sensory, differentiated instruction for small academic groups
    • Help with data collection, documentation, and report preparation
    • Support implementation of behavior plans and sensory strategies
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
    • Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
    • Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, initiative, and teamwork

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field (Required)
    • Teaching experience (Preferred)
    • Experience in special education (Preferred)
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Commitment to student-centered, inclusive education
