His background spans originating, underwriting, evaluating, auditing, managing, and disposing of more than $100B of commercial real estate properties of all classes throughout the United States. As an early adopter and advocate for emerging technologies in commercial real estate, Shevlin has positioned CW at the forefront of the ever-evolving CRE technology landscape.
Recognizing the pivotal role technology plays in shaping real estate decisions, Shevlin spearheaded the development of the cutting-edge online auction platform, RealINSIGHT Marketplace, now Marketplace, after identifying a need for a faster and more transparent online forum for buying and selling commercial real estate. Since its inception, Marketplace has facilitated the sale of over $5 billion in commercial real estate assets, solidifying its status as the fastest-growing auction platform in the field.
